Kazmish is a Lahore-based online store operated by Rapid Sourcing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. We sell abayas, modest wear, and footwear across Pakistan. This page explains how we handle your personal information, how our Cash on Delivery system works, our exchange policy, and the general terms that govern your use of kazmish.com.

We’ve kept the language clear and simple — no legal jargon. If you have a question about anything here, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll answer directly.

Key points at a glance: We do not sell your data. COD is available across Pakistan. We offer exchange (not returns) on eligible items within 3 days. Delivery takes 3–5 working days.

Privacy Policy

What information we collect

When you place an order or contact us, we may collect the following:

  • Full name and delivery address
  • Phone number and/or WhatsApp number
  • Email address (if provided)
  • Order history and product preferences
  • Basic browsing data via standard website analytics (no personally identifiable data)

How we use your information

We use your information only to process and deliver your orders, communicate with you about your order status, and occasionally let you know about new products or offers (only if you have opted in). We do not use your data for any other purpose.

Who we share your data with

  • Courier partners (MNP & Leopards) — to deliver your order
  • Payment processors — only if you pay via bank transfer
  • No third-party marketers, advertisers, or data brokers — ever

Data storage and security

Your order information is stored securely through our WooCommerce platform hosted on Hostinger. We do not store payment card information. All WhatsApp conversations are protected by WhatsApp’s end-to-end encryption.

Your rights

You have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request that we delete your data. To do any of these, simply contact us on WhatsApp or email.

Cookies

Our website uses standard cookies to keep your shopping cart working, remember your preferences, and understand basic traffic patterns. No personal data is stored in cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some website features may not work correctly.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

Cash on Delivery is our primary payment method. You pay when your order arrives at your door — no advance payment required.

How COD Works

Place your order on the website. We confirm via WhatsApp. Your order is packed and dispatched. You pay cash to the courier on delivery.

COD Availability

Available across Pakistan. Applicable to all products listed on kazmish.com within our standard delivery zones.

Important COD conditions

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order
  • If a COD order is refused at delivery without a valid reason, the customer may be restricted from placing future COD orders
  • Repeated order cancellations after dispatch may result in COD privileges being suspended for that customer
  • For bulk orders above Rs. 10,000, we may request a partial advance payment via bank transfer

Bank Transfer (Online Payment)

We also accept payment via bank transfer for customers who prefer to pay in advance. Bank details are shared on WhatsApp upon request. Orders paid in advance are given priority dispatch.

Exchange Policy

We want every Kazmish customer to be happy with their order. If something isn’t right, we offer an exchange on eligible items.

Kazmish offers exchange only — we do not offer cash refunds. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, we will replace it at no additional cost.

Exchange conditions

  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact
  • Exchange is available for size issues, wrong item received, or manufacturing defects
  • Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are not eligible for exchange unless they arrive defective
  • Footwear must be unworn and in original packaging to be eligible

How to request an exchange

  1. Message us on WhatsApp at +92 303 4837006 within 3 days of delivery
  2. Share your order number and a clear photo of the item
  3. We will confirm eligibility and arrange collection or ask you to send the item back
  4. Replacement item will be dispatched within 2–3 working days of receiving the original

Shipping for exchanges

If the exchange is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we cover the full courier cost. If the exchange is for a size or preference change, the customer is responsible for the return courier cost.

Delivery Terms

Delivery timeframe

Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 3–5 working days from the date of dispatch. Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Courier partners

  • MNP (My New Parcel) — primary courier
  • Leopards Courier — secondary courier

Order dispatch

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days of being placed. You will receive a WhatsApp message with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery charges

  • Standard delivery: Rs. 200 (flat rate across Pakistan)
  • Free delivery on orders above Rs. 2,500
  • Remote areas may incur additional charges — we will notify you via WhatsApp before dispatch if this applies

Failed deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails because no one is available at the address, the courier will attempt re-delivery. After two failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. Re-dispatch of returned orders will require a new delivery charge.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the parcel before opening and contact us immediately on WhatsApp. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.

Delivery delays: During peak periods (Eid, public holidays), delivery may take 5–7 working days. We will always notify customers if there are known delays at the time of ordering.

Orders and pricing

  • All prices on kazmish.com are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will always be fulfilled at the price shown at the time of ordering
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product is found to be out of stock, incorrectly priced, or unavailable
  • Product images are as accurate as possible, but slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings

Intellectual property

All content on kazmish.com — including images, text, logos, and graphics — is the property of Kazmish / Rapid Sourcing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content from this website without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Kazmish is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products beyond the value of the original order. We are committed to resolving all genuine disputes fairly and promptly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab.

Changes to these terms

We may update these policies from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of kazmish.com after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
